Rear End Yoke Shaft Sleeve

New Rear End Yoke Shaft Protection Sleeve. Fits John Deere Skidder Model(s): 340D | 440 | 440A | 440B | 440C | 440D | 540 | 540A | 540B | 540D | 540G-II | 540G-III | 640 | 640D | 640G-II | 640G-III | 740.

Installation Instructions:
1- Clean Shaft & Remove Burrs
2- Put sleeve on top of shaft
3- Check to ensure there will be no clearance issues with flange
4- Using a cutting tool, cut flange along precut groove on sleeve flange (should be done PRIOR to installation)
5- Eliminate any burrs
6- Put the assembly tool over sleeve
7- Apply uniform pressure to the assembly tool to push sleeve into place until the worn area is covered by the sleeve
8- Lubricate sleeve
9- Continue with seal installation
